What it takes to implement the new Licensing module

This week we released the new BasicGov Licensing module which is fast and easy to implement.  If you are already using BasicGov’s other modules, then this is simply an add-on to your existing system.  If you are a new customer to BasicGov, we will also work with you to load your parcel data and setup users in the BasicGov system.

To implement the Licensing module, our Implementation Team works with you to determine what kind of licenses you will track, what information you need for your licenses, and the format for your license certificates and renewal letters.  We configure the Licensing module to track this information for you.  We then review the configured Licensing module with you, to make sure it captures all of the information that you need to track.

After the system has been set up, we work with you to train your users, and support you as your users begin using the Licensing module.  We look forward to working with you to implement Licensing for your city.

If you’d like more information register for our webinar or sign up for a demo.
