#5. Is this web-based software, SaaS application high performance?
SaaS vendors must deliver consistent, high-speed system performance with detailed historical statistics to back up any performance claims. When you evaluate a SaaS solution look for performance data that demonstrates:
- Average transaction processing speed
- Average number of transactions supported
- Web page delivery times
- Average query response times
Once you have that data, compare it to the other solutions you are evaluating whether they are hosted or web based.
