US State Government Technology Award Finalists Named by NASCIO
The National Association of State Chief Information Officers’ (NASCIO) 2010 IT achievement awards finalists selected.
According to Government Technology, “One project in each of 10 categories will be honored at NASCIO’s annual conference in Miami the last week of September. About 130 nominations came from the states, U.S. territories and Washington, D.C. The finalists were chosen by a selection committee of NASCIO members.”

This category addresses identifying, planning, coordinating, sharing, integrating or joining up formerly non-integrated IT-related organizational goals and strategies. Testing and mock exercise results can be included as both part of execution (adapting plan) and outcomes.
