I am the one who gets you up and running on the system. A key point of contact for our customers, my job is to take the "technical" out of technology and make you feel like BasicGov is the answer to your prayers. When I'm not on the phone with our customers I turn my attention toward user guides and training manuals and - one day - online video tutorials. I'm big on pictures - don't make me read a manual - show me how to do it! If you have the same visual learning style, stay tuned. We're working on all kinds of support material.
