James is a software architect with extensive knowledge of the IT needs of local governments. He is the Technology Lead with responsibility for implementation and development of BasicGov. Previously James was an Implementation Specialist at Municipal Software Corporation, the predecessor to BasicGov, where he designed and developed BasicGov.
